Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials, to enhance the dining experience.
- Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
