We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with selections.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using cash register systems.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed for service tasks.
