As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations for food and beverage selections, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every order.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, specials, and best practices in customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining restaurant or similar establishment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of kitchen processes is a plus.
