Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, culinary practices, and sanitation standards is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating schedule.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
