Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Provide outstanding hospitality service, including refilling drinks, delivering condiments, pre-bussing tables, and taking orders accurately.
- Learn and memorize menu items to answer guest queries and make recommendations.
- Follow restaurant protocols for hygiene and customer service.
- Upsell menu items and anticipate guest needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume establishments is a must; breakfast experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of TOAST POS systems for order and payment processing.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
