**Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing top-notch customer service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and are eager to learn about our unique menu.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Present and explain the menu, including our specialty soufflés, and answer any questions about ingredients, preparation, and dietary concerns.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts as needed.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Texas.
