Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Spot-On POS system.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or upscale establishments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Spot-On POS, or OpenTable systems is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $4.74 per hour
