We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Someone with a bubbly personality and great people skills!
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold food safety and handling standards at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining environments preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
