Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them to the kitchen staff promptly through POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while adhering to food handling and sanitation standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent guest service skills.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and prepare for the next guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any issues that may arise during service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a full service restaurant is required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is required.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
