- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in high-pressure situations like nightclubs or busy dining hours.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote menu items effectively is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
