We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in clerical duties, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with spa/med spa services but not required.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
