- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas between guests.
- Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of menu items and kitchen processes, is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members alike.
