Duties

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order fulfillment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Experience in fine dining settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to handle food safely and effectively in accordance with health regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $7.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
