We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Server/To-go specialist to join our team and elevate the service standards at our upscale casual Asian-fusion sushi restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality while being able to smoothly multitask during very busy periods. Ideally, you are able to cross-train and work at both locations (South Tampa and Town N Country).

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant, No Exceptions
- Ability to work both serving AND to-go shifts
- Exceptional personal hygiene and polished presentation
- Ability to work a combination of day/night shifts
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Warm, friendly, and welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in guest needs
- Accurate cash handling skills
