Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Briggs Taphouse. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your contributions will directly impact our reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Must be 21+
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems effectively.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Obtain Washington State MAST & Food Handlers permit within 30 days.
