Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a friendly and timely manner. Your ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
- Greet promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Touch Bistro POS.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to guest relations promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with Touch Bistro POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour
