- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders while adhering to food safety standards.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
