Position Summary
The Service Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Service Department, with a primary focus on warehouse organization, parts delivery, and logistics coordination. This position ensures field teams receive timely materials and support to maximize operational efficiency. No prior industry experience is required, but experience in construction, HVAC, or logistics is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate the pickup and delivery of parts, tools, and equipment to field technicians and job sites
- Organize, stock, and maintain the service warehouse and equipment storage areas
- Manage and track inventory of commonly used materials and supplies
- Assist with maintaining the organization of the service cage and support warehouse operations
- Communicate effectively with service dispatch, warehouse staff, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment needs
- Support the Assets and Facilities team as needed
- Assist with data entry of equipment, materials, and delivery records into service management systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be drug-free and safety conscious
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or the construction/service industry preferred, but not required
Physical Demands
- The position requires standing, bending, reaching, lifting a majority of the workday

- Working on flat and/or slightly sloped roofs
- Working from scaffolding and lifts
- Drive a company service vehicle
