Service Manager – Local Neighborhood Brasserie
We are a vibrant, high-energy neighborhood brasserie seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver a world-class experience for every guest. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and we are looking for a passionate hospitality professional ready to lead by example, coach a dynamic team, and drive both sales and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Profitability: Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Maintain consistently high standards in both food and service, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and develop top-tier team members who embody our values and culture.
- Leadership & Accountability: Set clear performance expectations and follow through with coaching, feedback, and support.
- Communication & Planning: Foster open communication between staff and supervisors, and effectively plan to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Culture Champion: Create a positive, fun, and professional environment that makes us the best place to work in the neighborhood.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop teams and drive results
- Passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Expected to work 50–55 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- We are open every day of the year except Labor Day
