What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Service Manager in a dealership setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to drive profitability while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction
- Skilled in process improvement, technician management, and RO performance
- Knowledge of CDJR products and systems is a plus
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating the service team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Managing shop workflow and technician efficiency
- Driving fixed ops profitability and CSI scores
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and service processes
