This role plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of daily operations within the service department. This position works closely with service manager, supervisors and administrative staff to streamline processes, coordinate workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a service, operations, or process improvement role (experience in heavy equipment or dealer network preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
