As our new Service Technician, you will be diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing pumps and pump systems in both field service and workshop environments, delivering expert technical solutions that keep our customers' operations flowing. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Commercial Service team, you'll create impact by Delivering reliable, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships and ensures the continuous performance of essential water technology infrastructure..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble pumps, pump systems, and accessories in field and shop settings
  • Conduct risk assessments before each job and maintain safe working practices at all times
  • Operate and maintain workshop machinery including drill presses, lathes, and mills
  • Perform fundamental pump hydraulic tests and energy checks to verify system performance
  • Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs and pass qualified customer leads to sales teams
  • Write service and FAS reports and assist leadership in resolving service and warranty concerns

Above all, you are a technically skilled professional with strong mechanical aptitude, a customer-first mindset, and proven experience in a structured service environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Vocational certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent hands-on work experience in mechanical or industrial service
  • Experience working within well-defined service processes, including equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of best practices, systems, and tools relevant to pump or rotating equipment service environments
