Role:ServiceNow CPQ – Business AnalystDuration:6 Months (3 + 3 Months Extension)Work Mode:Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements related to ServiceNow CPQ and CRM processes
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Recommend process improvements and best practices
- Participate in and conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CPQ
- Good knowledge of CRM and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
