ServiceNow Engineer

Requirements

• Hold a valid ServiceNow certification in relevant modules
• Have strong hands-on experience with ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
• Have experience with ITAM and asset lifecycle management
• Have proven expertise using Flow Designer for workflow automation and integrations
• Have experience delivering work from development backlogs
• Have a solid understanding of out-of-the-box ServiceNow configuration and platform best practices
• Have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Have the existing right to work in the UK and require no sponsorship
• Be able to travel occasionally to the East London office when required

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITAM
• Build workflow automation and integrations using Flow Designer
• Deliver work against the development backlog
• Resolve incidents and deliver enhancements

We are recruiting a ServiceNow Developer to join our clients team, building and supporting its ServiceNow platform. This is a fully remote, six-month contract based in East London, with very occasional travel to the office when required. The rate is £300–£350 per day, outside IR35. We are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
