Overview
At Conservice, our mission is to manage our clients’ utilities - and we want to make sure our clients start with a great experience! Account setup and utility processing issues can arise after a property goes live with our services. Setup Maintenance Specialists research and resolve these initial issues promptly; our clients and the rest of our team rely on you to fix these issues by maintaining and updating account information for properties recently set up in the Conservice database. With these and other responsibilities, this position will help you develop a well-rounded set of skills for future career opportunities. Responsibilities
- Researching accounts to determine what is preventing a bill from being processed and resolving those issues
- Maintaining and updating account information in the Conservice database to prevent and resolve setup problems
- Researching utility provider changes and updating them in the company database
- Inputting new vendors into the database
- Finding inefficient processes and creating innovative solutions
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
- Low phone usage- 5% or less
