Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Manufacturing Consultant to join our team. This person MUST have experience running a sewing manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive, military or garment construction and manufacturing processes, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to improve operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
Duties
- Assess current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Provide training and support on sewing construction techniques and sewing machine operation.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement best practices in sewing and manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct regular evaluations of warehouse operations to ensure optimal inventory management and material handling.
- Develop comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
Experience
- Proven experience in product construction, sewing, or related manufacturing fields.
- Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Pay: $45,569.15 - $54,878.98 per year
