Palmer and Sicard is seeking a talented Sheet Metal Install Foreman to join our team and contribute their expertise to our growing projects. The ideal candidate will have previous Sheet Metal installation and job site supervisory experience.

Duties
- Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and project timelines.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Manage materials and resources effectively, including budgeting for projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including changes made during the fabrication process.
- Assist in training junior installers on best practices in sheet metal work.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal install or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven skill to direct a crew consisting of up to 6-10 Sheet Metal workers effectively.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding of technical drawings.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or Prolog is a plus.
- Experience with pipeline systems is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of contract specifications related to sheet metal work is an advantage.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
