AeroControlex is seeking a high-energy shipping associate to join our team. In this position, you will package and ship a wide variety of product to customers all around the world. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with competitive pay, benefits and regular overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Use a variety of shipping material such as cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, bubble wrap, instant pak, wrapping, sleeving, etc.
- Create new packaging on components for customers as well as outside service vendors
- Use a variety of customer portals to create ASNs, shipping labels, and other tracking information
- Use PC-based software to enter in data regarding shipments and to receive information from internal and external stakeholders
- Create express, ground, and freight shipments with a variety of curriers
- Work well independently to complete tasks and follow a schedule
- Performs other related duties as required and may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Work overtime as required
- Basic computer skills
- Tow motor experience is a plus
- Previous shipping experience is a plus
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent or Tech School Certificate
