Strong communication abilities are essential, as you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and regulatory compliance. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- Organize and manage daily production schedules.
- Prepare cases for the inspection process.
- Create shipping documentation for outgoing cases.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure parts and cases are ready for shipment.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute same-day shipments.
- Assist in managing the daily shipping queue.
- Maintain and update scheduling entries in the database.
- Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
