Blue Bell Creameries is seeking a Shipping Manager for our Phoenix West, AZ location.
A shipping manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise, train, and schedule all shipping personnel;
- Maintain communication channels between the department, home office, and branch;
- Ensure loading procedures are efficient and timely;
- Maintain the cold storage inventory;
- Schedule transport intake;
- Performing administrative and office duties including submitting required reports;
- Supervise general maintenance of the facility.
A CDL license is preferred but not required. If you do not have a CDL, you will be provided on the job training to obtain a Class B license with air brake endorsement. The Class B license must be obtained within 30 days after hire date.
The position is full-time and salaried.

The ideal candidate is dependable and personable.
A candidate must possess the following job requirement:
- Safe driving record with no more than two preventable collisions or moving violations in the past three year
- Valid driver’s license
