Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Hotel Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various driving tasks, including shuttle driving, The person we are seeking must have cleaning driving record and drug free, in addition, Main shift is from 3pm to 10pm but could include couple shifts from 5:30am to 11:30am.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans , to transport passengers to designated locations within 10 miles radius of the hotel
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Communicate effectively with Hotel and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or any issues that may arise during transport
- Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur during transport.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage.( shift is 3pm to 10pm weekend included and some early morning shifts 5:30am to 11:30am
