Sign Shop Designer and Printer
Layout and design experience is preferred for this job. Adobe Illustrator experience is not required, but is the program we use so must have knowledge of similar programs.
We are a small, busy, fast paced sign shop that is currently looking to fill the position of sign designer / printer. This individual will stream line all daily operations alongside the owner. There will be a large variety of job tasks involved in this position.
Our shop specializes in lit signage, channel letters, banners, vinyl, post & panel signs, window graphics, and more.
Sign experience/Design experience preferred:
- Design/layout proofs with various software applications
- Quote jobs for customers
- Work on multiple projects at once, at a high paced rate
- Send prints to a large format printer and plotter

We are a small business so this person must possess the following skills:
- Work both independently and collaboratively with the shop owner to maintain company processes and procedures
- People skills are a must. The position requires answering the phones, helping customers regularly, and maintaining professional email conduct
- A team player who works well with others while maintaining a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset to help eliminate any issues before they happen
- Insure all projects are done correctly and in timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
