Pay Range
$45.26 - $67.32 /hour

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to advancing healthcare training through innovative simulation technology
- Collaborate with hospital departments, physicians, and clinical educators to design, develop, implement, and evaluate simulation-based curricula aligned with identified needs and best practices in adult learning.
- Provide training to faculty and staff on the utilization of simulator equipment, scenario development, programming software, and updates related to simulation education.
- Conduct structured process and outcomes evaluations of all simulation educational activities.
- Maintain proficiency in existing and emerging technologies and clinical applications, including basic theory, design, and implementation.
Qualifications
Miniumum:
- Bachelors Of Nursing (BSN)
- 4-6 years Nursing experience
Preferred:
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- High fidelity simulation and low fidelity simulation experience, AV and software experience, scenario development, sim lab coordination
