ECCO Group USA is hiring remote Call Center Sales Agents for our SiriusXM Program!
The Role:
We are seeking motivated Call Center Sales Agents agents to join our remote sales team for SiriusXM. In this position, you will be contacting previous SiriusXM subscribers whose free trial has recently ended and offering them a special promotional rate to continue their service.
This is a sales-driven call center role, and we're looking for individuals who:
- Are confident and persuasive communicators
- Have previous call center sales experience
- Can effectively explain the value of the SiriusXM service
- Are comfortable handling objections and providing strong rebuttals

The Details-Start Date TBD
Training Schedule (Week 1 Only):
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Nesting Schedule (After training TBD)
Available Shift Options After Training (Eastern Time):
- 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Days Off: Wednesday & Sunday (may vary slightly depending on start date)
- 1 week of training
- 1–2 weeks of nesting (post-training live support)
- Pay: $11/hour + uncapped commission (Non-negotiable)
Must-Have Requirements (No Exceptions):
- Computer with Windows 11 or higher
- ❌ No Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs
- High-speed internet (Minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- At least 128GB storage with 20GB free space
- Minimum 4GB RAM
- Hardwired connection via Ethernet cable or must purchase an approved adapter
- Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed
- USB headset with microphone, mute button, and volume control
- Functional webcam
- 100% attendance required during the first two weeks
- Background check may be required
