Part-Time Apartment Site Manager – Annandale, MN
Are you looking for a flexible part-time position? We’re seeking an individual or team to manage 70 apartment units in Annandale, MN.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $3,250/month, with the opportunity to earn additional income as an independent contractor completing unit turns.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leasing and tenant onboarding
- Resident communications
- Income certifications
- Vendor scheduling
- Light maintenance and cleaning
- Conflict resolution
- Other duties as required to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Administrative skills, including data entry and file management
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Property management and leasing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus (training will be provided upon hire)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus (training will be provided upon hire)
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant law is a plus
- Must pass a Kari Koskinen background check
