We are looking for a Medical Call Center Agent to join our expanding team. This person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their loved ones. The ideal candidate is an empathetic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others and the ability to communicate effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make calls to clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in a professional and efficient manner
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation for clients as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Educate clients on services and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Work closely with the caregiving team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, HIPAA regulations, and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Empathetic and patient with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and compassion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
