Job OverviewThe Site Managers role is to oversee the daily operation of the Fed Ex aviation security contract, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient service delivery.Ensure all security activities are conducted in accordance with aviation security regulations, cargo screening requirements, company policies, and client standards. Monitor operational performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.Lead operational planning for peak periods, disruption management, and contingency responses.Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
