AdvanceTEC, a leader in cleanroom design and construction, is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Safety Professional. In this role, you’ll lead onsite safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and fostering a strong culture of safety across diverse project environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement site-specific safety programs and initiatives
- Promote a proactive safety culture focused on zero incidents
- Conduct daily safety briefings, training, and site inspections
- Perform audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate safety records and manage PPE inventory
- Ensure compliance with AdvanceTEC and regulatory safety standards
- Collaborate with project teams and corporate safety leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years of safety experience in construction
- OSHA 30/510
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide
- Cleanroom construction experience a plus
- CHST or STS-C certification; OSHA 500/501 preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

- Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
