Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled, motivated fence installer who’s ready to join a fast-growing construction company and earn their spot on a high-performance crew. If you can show up on time, work hard, and install fences clean and fast — we’ll make sure you grow with us.
This is not a dead-end gig. This is for someone who wants steady year-round work, raises based on performance, and long-term opportunity with a company that’s just getting started.
Responsibilities:
- Install wood, metal, and chain link fences with precision and speed
- Read and understand layout plans, dig and set posts properly
- Measure, cut, and install rails, boards, and gates
- Mix and pour concrete (we do it right the first time)
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Load/unload materials, clean job sites, and communicate clearly with team and clients
- Respect customer property and always represent the brand professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of fencing or related construction experience
- Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Willing to work outdoors in all conditions (we hustle rain or shine)
- Physically fit and capable of digging, lifting, and working on your feet all day
- Able to take direction, hustle, and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable — no-call/no-shows need not apply
