Duties
- Perform frame carpentry tasks including building structures and frameworks for residential and commercial projects.
- Execute drywall installation and finishing, ensuring a smooth and professional appearance.
- Carry out flooring installation with attention to detail, including various materials such as hardwood, laminate, and tile.
- Install siding with precision, contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of buildings.
- Operation of power tools for precise cutting and shaping of materials as needed.
- Engage in lead and mold remediation processes to ensure safe living environments.
- Complete trim carpentry work, enhancing the overall finish of interior spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with frame carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, siding application, power tool operation and trim carpentry is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $20.90 - $22.30 per hour
