Responsibilities
- Execute skilled trade tasks such as carpentry, Siding, ability to use a break
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of work and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a skilled trade field such as basic carpentry, Siding, windows and using a break
- Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety practices is essential. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Certification or training in a specific trade is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued.
