Repair and maintain slot related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot workshop. Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of slot related equipment. Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state and/or internal regulations. Effectively manage customer relations and properly resolve guest disputes in a courteous manner. Accurately verify, and calculate jackpots. Accurately fill out paperwork pertaining to verification of jackpot transactions. Perform preventive maintenance and repair to slot machines. Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment. Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.
High School diploma or GED equivalent. One to three years technical experience preferred.
Full-Time: 3rd Shift 12:15am-8:15am Tues-Sat
