- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and drive sales.
Skills
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions.
- Solid math skills, including retail math for accurate pricing and transactions.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
