**Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and team members using positive energy and enthusiasm, embracing our unique "Tropitude."
- Prepare and assemble fresh food and smoothies by Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, workstations, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate the register, accurately take customer orders, handle cash, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety practices in food handling and cafe operations, as well as performing other necessary tasks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 17 years or older and legally authorized to work in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds as required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in guest services or as a barista is preferred but not mandatory.
**Working Conditions
- Flexible schedules with shifts typically ranging from four to eight hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must comply with Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and hygiene policies during shifts.
- Enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment with no fryers!
