Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. Do you know Ai or have you wanted to learn more Ai? We are looking for someone that knows or is willing to learn from us and with us how to use Ai apps. If you don't know any, we already have a good base and can show you the apps we use.
This role is essential in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that align with our brand goals while utilizing analytics to track performance and optimize efforts.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and designing graphics.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance visibility on search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engage in social listening, and respond to audience inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive branding across all communications.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
- Proofread content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Create visual content through photography and video editing to support campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Advertising.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
- Experience in relationship management and public relations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and digital marketing innovations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.74 - $28.59 per hour
