Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Creator to spearhead our online presence, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand visibility across key platforms. This role goes beyond simply posting content, it’s about crafting conversations, building community, and strategically aligning our digital presence with business growth objectives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a proven ability to translate strategy into compelling content that sparks engagement and fosters trust with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Produce and curate high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, blogs, written posts) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Community Management: Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages, and actively engage with online communities in a professional and authentic way.
- Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns support business goals, including referral generation and client acquisition.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Trendspotting: Stay on top of emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring our social presence is always ahead of the curve.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design and video teams to produce compelling visuals and short-form video content; leverage tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI-assisted platforms.
- Influencer & Partnership Engagement: Assist with outreach, relationship management, and co-branded content opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and performance drivers (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, LinkedIn reach strategies, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice/tone across platforms.
- Familiar with podcasting and camera equipment for recording.
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure ROI.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to leverage them for content creation and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster online community.
