The Social Media Manager will play an integral role in ideating, creating and publishing a variety of high performing social content across Fanatics Casino social media channels. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Organic Social, and working closely within a fast-moving cross-functional team, you will play a critical role in executing the day-to-day content strategy, as well as campaign and partnership activations, through a variety of tactics to build a highly engaged community and scale our reach across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Publishing preplanned and reactive day-to-day content across all primary social channels, including TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Create social graphics and photo-driven assets from pre-designed templates in Adobe Photoshop
- Create original short-form video for TikTok & YouTube
- Actively curate social feeds and DMs for content opportunities, direct engagement with audience and brand advocates and surfacing relevant UGC
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute key initiatives, such as FanCash ensuring precision in the implementation.
- Actively contribute ideas and surface trends, community feedback, and notable creator opportunities in team content planning sessions.
- Availability to travel to company events, content executions with talent/community members and activations to provide coverage and create social media content
What You Bring
The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and experience bringing breakthrough social content to life for brands or businesses. You also possess a deep passion and understanding of online gaming, casino culture, and entertainment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience driving social media audience growth for brands or businesses through content-led strategies
- Experience partnering with creative teams, both internal and agency, with a strong understanding of how to effectively brief, deliver feedback, and project manage
- Experience successfully collaborating with influencers and creators on behalf of a brand or business
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail, with proven experience translating brand visual identity, voice and tonality to social
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Final Cut Pro
- Experience working in social media content and performance management systems, such as Sprinkler, Sprout Social, Plot, etc.
- Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to experiment and optimize content to maximize engagement and reach.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsites and team meetings.
*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $96,000 to $120,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
