We are a high-end private flight charter company providing luxury travel experiences for elite clientele. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join us in-house in Hollywood, FL. If you have experience in premium/luxury services and know how to elevate a brand through digital platforms and paid ads, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strategize and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other digital ad platforms
- Create visually appealing, brand-aligned content (graphics, reels, stories, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics
- Coordinate with our charter sales and operations teams to promote flights, destinations, and company milestones
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and optimize for deliverability and conversions
- Manage website updates, blog content, and SEO efforts
- Maintain consistent luxury branding and voice across all channels
Requirements:
- , social media, and paid ads
- Proven experience working with luxury brands or high-end services
- Strong eye for design and high visual standards
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Suite, and basic video editing
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Must be based in or able to commute to Hollywood, FL
