Individual needed for small property management company with Apartment Complexes in Texas to drive leads and brand awareness through targeted Facebook, Instagram and TikToc advertising. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In addition to campaign creation and management, you’ll attend a brief weekly meeting with the owner and log your hours using our time-tracking software. This is a remote, part-time role with a flexible schedule and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with the brand.
- Schedule posts across platforms like, Instagram, Facebook, and Tic Tok with consistency in messaging and timing.
- Continuously test new audience segments and placements to improve results
- Attend a weekly check-in meeting with the owner to review campaign progress and priorities
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond promptly and help build a positive online community.
- Engage with followers, join relevant conversations, and share insights that reflect our mission and values.
- Research industry trends, popular hashtags, and engagement techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager: campaign structure, A/B testing, setup, custom audiences
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and your own computer
- Exceptional attention to detail—double-checking targeting settings, budgets, and schedules before launch
- Clear, timely communication via email and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new platform features and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Creative & Eager to Learn: You love exploring new ways to engage audiences and aren't afraid to think outside the box.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines without missing a beat.

- Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual content.
- Minimum 6 months experience managing social media accounts for clubs, organizations, or personal projects is a plus.
Position Details:
- Schedule: ~3-4 hours/day (Monday–Friday), hours are flexible as long as tasks and reporting deadlines are met
- Weekly Meeting: Must attend a short weekly video call (10-15 minutes) to discuss campaign performance and upcoming priorities
- Time Tracking: Required to log all billable hours in our time-tracking software
- Pay: $16.25/ hour to start;
- Status: 1099 contractor (no benefits)—you supply your own computer, internet, and any necessary software/subscriptions
