Title: Softeon WMS Support Specialist
Duration:6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for Softeon WMS across multiple warehouse operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth WMS operations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of support analysts or developers.
- Analyze and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Document support procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in support and/or implementation of WMS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading small teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes (pick, pack, ship).
- Familiarity with integration points between WMS and ERP systems. Knowledge of integration to Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with flexible hours.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
